Dear Mr. Gurov,
I have shared your post with Mr. Arda Findikoglu who took the role of the Head TD in 40th and 41st WC and i would like to inform you about his reply.
Being a member of the organisation staff of those 2 events, and a player at the same time who keeps all of his trophies, he confirms he definitely understands your position and your complaint. As an answer to your question, NO, you dont ask for too much and we 100% respect you care for your trophy.
In WC, different teams work in collaboration to make it a success and although trophy issues are not on our side, hearing about your complaint, Arda confirms he will take it as a responsibility to make the needed arrangements in order to solve this problem.
Briefly, the fact is, the trophies are manufactured in China and last year all the trophies were found broken when they arrived so we know it was a promise to send them to your addresses.. And for some reason we dont know, it didnt work out well too, so it was decided to distribute them during the event this year.. There, we distributed as many as we could and when Mr. Metchin who took his own trophy asked for yours, we found out there were 3 trophies including yours were still missing.
So, Arda will talk with the organiser, will keep you informed about the updates via email and once again, he gives you his personal guarantee that you ll get your trophy.
