Monte carlo match files - Transcription Coordination.

Hi Terje,

Ideally, someone should act as Transcription Coordinator for the Tournament. This would entail listing the available videos and asking players to share what they have transcribed already, and then short-listing the remainder before asking for volunteers, avoiding duplicated work. Would you, or someone else, consider fulfilling this role?
