Many a good idea, Phil. We have our differences on a few topics. But the general thread is consistent. We must promote the game and make it exciting and interesting for all.

I love the one set of dice and, ideally, clocks.

I'm not a baffle box fan; I see no reason they should be given precedence over those not wishing to use them.

I don't know the best balance of fees and prizes. I think we've found a good balance in San Antonio. A bit higher than average entry fees provide many larger payouts with minimal increase in total player expenditures -- easy to favorably leverage payouts versus entry fees. I can elaborate at length for anyone interested.

I don't at all favor low entry fees and tiered sidepools. I think it insane for players in the Championship division, as an example, to play for hugely different stakes. If one guy is playing for nothing and another has a $500 dollar entry equity, the game is totally changed.

We agree on many more topics than we disagree. The dialogue is critical. Let's hear everyone's ideas.
