Bob, this is a good documentation/explanation that things are not as simple as they loot at first sight.

When the idea of not considering forced moves in skill calculations, Murat was one of the first if not THE first one to raise the question about moves so obviously simple that they didn't require a hair much more skill than forced moves.

In fact, he had gone even further to suggest that each move be assigned a weighted skill factor. It would really reflect good on you folks if you could give him what he deserves but I won't hold my breath.

..."A move for which the best choice and the worst choice have an equity difference of less than 0.001"...

Murat had argued that chosing among very close moves required more skill than chosen between two moves so far apart that a child could pick the better one, (i.e. not much difficult than a forced move).

Obviously "that Murat guy" is way ahead of you but I have faith in Xavier and you all that you will eventually catch up to him...
