Exactly. The actual cube is just a physical manifestation of the abstract concept of an agreement by the two players to double the stakes. The agreement was the agreement, regardless of which physical cube was used.

I say, "Exactly", but maybe that's not what Bob Koca was alluding to. But exactly.
