I'd hit just one with 24/23*, slot the bar with 9/7 and play last ace randomly between 21/20 or 19/18.

I like my chances in the most probable scenario with full prime vs ace-pt., 3-checker anchor. If he doesn't anchor early, I might be able to blitz still.

Going into blitz-mode now with 24/23* 2/1*(2) 9/8 raises the chance of a succesful blitz before opp can anchor a bit, but if he does, I feel he will have too much chances, that outweigh the gains. He will have more jokers (high doubles), he's got 1 spare to play with before he rolls any of them, and if we trap him (let him break the anchor), it's much more risky than if we'd trap the ace-pt. anchor.
