Very reasoned discussion. I appreciate. I will be the first to admit to being a traditionalist and preferring the status quo. I don't see a problem so I see no need for a solution, and I'm not sure this would be the solution in any event. Again, as I said in response to Bob, I find it somewhat amusing that advocates tout the time savings until the time savings are used to adjust the times allowed. Then they start minimizing the differences.
