No. They should be counted again. Note that the PR hit for the first error is based on playing correctly from then on. If it is a repeating position you lost additional equity with the second error.

I think there should be some reduction. I think it might be better to multiply second error by the probability of its repeated occurience. For example if a size of the error is 0.100 and the probability of this position to immediately reoccur is 0.6, then you get dinged 0.1 for fist error, 0.06 for second, 0.036 for third and so on.
