Missed doubles and PR

I think you need to count them in full without any discounts. If you play BG a lot (and I mean really a lot), you will get this position in several games and matches. In some it repeats many times, more than could be expected, and in others less than the expected number ("under-repeaters"). PR only works if the mistakes in all cases are counted in full. If you discount repeaters, you should 'upcount' the under-repeaters in order to get the accurate PR. I suppose one could do this but it seems a bit silly to do so.
