"Is there a difference between "artificial luck" and just "luck"? "
I suppose there is even I am not an expert but I like to try to analyze the luck/randomness impact in many disciplines.
What is luck is not a clear concept for people, if I am 1% underdog in a 1000p match against XG and lose I was unlucky ? Some people would say yes, others no. In backgammon is interesting that there is an attempt to measure the luck, thing impossible in other discipline even I heard years ago mathematicians tried in soccer and the result was like 80% of goals are just luck. Aritificial luck is created by the model implemented in XG that can't be perfect,is clear from my example, you are in the same situation when the next not dancing rolls comes,it doesn't matter how many times the position repeated but the luck/MWC model would say different.
