I would be surprised if doing anything with the back man is called for. I think he remains on the 24. Making the 4 pt seems too loose. Too many blots all over the place. So I think it comes down to making the 9 pt or making the 11 pt and then using the 4 to come down to 10.

Even though there are some good reasons to prefer the latter play (the 11 pt blocks sixes and he would need to break his anchor to hit on the 10 unless he threw a 9) making the 9 pt looks cleaner. It also duplicates 2s. Bottom is ahead in the race and the 9 pt looks like a more 'bear in' friendly position than the 11 and a blot on the 10.

For me 11/9 13/9.
