In high anchor holding games, when the bar point is made, it's usually a pass if the defender is 20% behind in the race. So, if there were no white blot on the 3pt, it would be a pass for money. Now, with the blot, white wins more single games, but due to three active blue spares, there are some non-trivial gammons involved, so I'd still pass this for money.

AtS gammons don't count, so white should have a take. I think I'd still double as blue, though.
