I don't mind how fast or slow you drive as long as you're where you're supposed to be. I don't go faster only because I don't want a ticket or my insurance to go up, not because I think it's unsafe. If someone else is willing to risk the ticket/$$$, more power to them, fly on by. (and some ppl should be driving slower in the left lane)
