It supports a delay setting so yes. The 9907 and 9903 are going to be a cheaper option and also support delay. My personal preference of clock is Saitek Mephisto or Gameclock, the Maphisto has the ability to store multiple pre set time settings while the Gameclock version does not. They are the same clock otherwise.
