Dmitriy's play looks like a good guess, especially with QF.

Often when the opponent has made an advanced anchor and we're still on the 24pt, the strategy is to make an advanced anchor ourselves, and so 24/21(2) 13/10(2) looks natural. However, Blue has a board advantage and White is ahead in the race and very inflexible. Thus attacking is probably the best game plan, i.e., building a board and maximizing contact. So 6/3(2) would be the first two 3's. With "boardage" (as Wiggins puts it), Blue should be able to afford to play boldly and scatter blots around hoping to get and hit a shot.
