3. We need to make streaming more interesting for the general public so they understand the game better and find it more exciting;

I agree that streamed matches need to be of a format that makes it easy and fun to watch. The problem is not many from the general public are watching the streamed matches. But, to have edited annotated matches, showing the tougher decisions and the exciting rolls could be a selling point for attracting new players! I played a chouette with two poker players, yesterday, that had not played backgammon in 10 years. They both remarked they had forgotten what a great game backgammon is and how much fun it is. We need to make more people aware of the excitement that is inherent in the game.
