Well this time it is actually the issue of an old account suddenly blocked without notice. Also GridGammon is the worst support one can get, as it is ZERO support. I don't know what is wrong with the individuals at GridGammon. I know they don't make any money running that site, but it is clear by how they handle things it isn't a labor of love for them either.
