GammonVillage "Restocking Fee"

You asked for an opinion about GammonVillage, so here it is:

I have had many dealings for many years on many situations with Gammon Village and have worked directly with Mel, the owner. They always kept their word and were very fair, and when I needed discounts for kids or special reasons, they were most generous and cooperative. I've had some "complicated" dealings with them, and they always lived up to their end of the bargain.

Having said that, I have no idea if the restocking fee is fair or appropriate...I'm not an expert in that business.
