Forced to leave a million shots

I would play 13/7 6/3. My thinking: 1) anything I do will leave a lot of shots, 2) all blots I will leave are likely to be picked up whatever I do, 3) after all the blots having been picked and send back, my position will be best if I started by playing 13/7 6/3.

The best thing we can do here is develop stacks.
