How do you deal with a Player who does these 3 things to put you off.

As I've stated before in the past, this type of player and many other more innocent ones are the reason that headphones must be allowed and why I'll always have mine with me at any tournament I attend.

As for dealing with the player is should be rather simple. The TD politely lets him know the items he's doing which are unsavory and from there on out not allowed such as talking when it's the other player's turn and not shaking the dice adequately. The TD should also warn him at this time that any other irregularities (annoyances) that occur involving this player will result in some sort of penalty because of said warning.

This player can not refuse to use a baffle box if the TD implements it. If he's pulling this shit, tell the TD, TD says 'Use it or you lose it.' Case closed.

I have no patience for this junk and while personally I can generally ignore it I hate that it exists. It is a displeasure for anyone who has to play him or even watches his matches. You certainly never want a newish player facing him. He might run him from the game forever. Get him in line or push him out the door.
