How do you deal with a Player who does these 3 things to put you off.

Firstly thank you for all the responses.

Just writing the details of his activities has clarified how unacceptable his behaviour is.

As I have just stepped down from being the TD, I was trying to take a low profile to let the new guy make the changes he wants. He has been fantastic in terms of moving to the Swiss system and other changes - a better TD than I was.

The fact that other players have contacted me, means I need to take this further and talk to the TD about the issues.
