EPC for Black is 28 + about 8 = 36.
EPC for White is 32 + about 10 = 42.

Structure is flat vs flat, so a 10% lead gives about 80% gwc. Being 4 behind is 50% gwc. So a pip is worth about 3.7%.

We are about 2 pips ahead of a "10% lead" mark, so the gwc is 80 + 2 x 3.7 = about 87-88%.

If this is correct, this seems too early to redouble ATS with White's TP being 9%. I'd ship when over 89% gwc.
