[13/11, then] 9/8 should be the best ace to allow 28 rolls to hit on the 5 pt assuming a dance and to add 33 to the small list of closeout rolls.

I don't disagree, but it may be interesting to note that a different 21 play increases the list of closeout numbers to 6.
