Not so stacky position has its advantage because sometimes you bear in a checker with one die and bear off a checker of 2pt or 3pt or 4pt with another die. This is important considering that blue has odd number of checkers. I would guess this amounts to maybe 2 pips. On another hand, not all doubles will work in the bear off. With so many checkers left this is a serios factor. Still, I doubt it is worth more than 3 pips. So, my best guess, without much confidence, is that this stacky position is better by a pip or so.
