We point out to coaches that ZEUS is not a substitute for them but a valuable enhancement tool. There are still plenty of coaching tasks that ZEUS can't (and will never be able to) perform.

As the NFL rules are currently written, though, using ZEUS would be similar to using SW or GNU-bg -- you couldn't have it available during a match but you could use it both as a training tool in general as well as the more specific post-mortem analysis. That function seems to have been quite valuable to every BG player who has put in the effort.
