Limit for online PR

So can we assume for now that 2.80 is the limit for online as well for a long run ? Looking at Iancho's list it seems not so difficult to reach supergrandmaster, a 2.3 (or 2.04) average PR after 50 matches gives a good margin but looks like is a big difference between playing live and online or a lot of luck happened in getting easy matches.

There is some formula to estimate probability in the dark area ? Mochy to become supergrandmaster class 3 playing under 2.50 for 250 exp or class 2 under 2.25 for 300 exp ?

It would help in suspect cheating cases I think, let's say a player no one knows comes showing very strong performance online, in the dark area under 2.80 after 200 exp points. Until he does the BMAB we can assume he can be at most 2.80, after BMAB we can see where he is and use the formula.
