World Championship in Backgammon/Amazing Non - Reaction

In Response To: World Championship in Backgammon (Seth)

I'm amazed, but, not surprised that 180+ people read this post,and not 1 congratulation for Didier Assaraf ( France ) here(not counting Bill's other post).
Last year, I posted a similar congratulation for Jorgen Granstedt ( Sweden )and, a somewhat similar lack of response.
In both cases, a European backgammon player defeated an American player for the title.
Not sure if it's an anti- European, or, anti - Seth phenomenon.
