OMG Blue should be ashamed of himself ! Assuming equal players White wins this match 5.6% of the time if he takes and 9.1% if he passes. None of these two away scores has TP's on a centered cube of less than 20% and certainly Blue should know this.

Send the cube, Blue..and even if you think White is bad enough to have a proper take, he'll likely pass anyhow, or it still will be a proper cube anyhow.

Wastes of time like don't serve to make people want to play tourney BG.
