@Michael: Interesting. Can I read about this somewhere? Is the difference in winning probability at PR-1 smaller or larger at low levels?

It's from my own saved data.At 1 PR you may not notice much of a difference but for higher PRs you do. Here's what I got for an 11 point match with a 4 PR difference

0 Vs 4 PR 57.6 MWC% 4 Vs 8 PR 58.5% MWC% 8 Vs 12PR 60.8% MWC%
