So apparently GM tried Bob's idea and wasn't lucky - this time. I really can't understand what your trying to achieve by refusing to answer very valid questions straightforwardly and by not making the contents of your book freely available (at this point, you don't expect it to sell like 'Harry Potter' one day, do you?). Surely it can't be promoting your ideas.
