It would be beneficial for backgammon but also interesting to see the aproach to a game that is simpler but icludes the possibility to double the stake. After reading about Alpha Zero go version I have no doubt in 1000 DMP matches the AI would beat XG. However, regarding cube handling I am curios to see the approach of a self learning machine without a MET table. I hope they will read your mail ! In the end backgammon is as ancient as chess and go.
