White is staying in this game (and in fact Blue won't be good enough to double) so make the play that gives the best longterm advantage. IMO that is 13/7(2), 22/10. The 7-point is a much needed landing spot. After that, get the back checker around. Bonus is the 10-point could become another landing spot.

(Distant) second choice for me is 13/7(3), 22/16. But I see no advantages to that play over my first choice.

The only thing (right now) I can imagine is that somehow, someone thinks that Blue can cash this game next turn with one play or the other (plus possibly a bad roll from White). I can't see that, but I'm wrong a lot....
