Thanks Bob. Two issues.

Please explain the rationale behind the "4n/9, 2n/9, 2n/9, n/9" values.

Also, the idea that winning, for example, a 16 player tournament is "twice as hard" as winning an 8 player tournament is a bit unintuitive, given that one goes from having to win 3 games to wining 4 games, as opposed to going from 3 to twice as many, i.e., winning 6 games.
