Consolation Champ == Second Place

In Response To: Club players rating system: how many points to assign to winner of consolation bracket? (leobueno)

Both Consolation Champ and Second Place Finalist have lost a single game each. Consolation winners thus are functionally equivalent and in my experience garner both the same number of club points as well as the same payout as second place. (Just as a third bracket Last Chance winner would get the same as a Consolation second place finalist.)
