At times I've felt our Boston chouette could use a clock.

Is there any concern that a Captain could dump points to a friend in the Box by timing out? I'm asking not so much because i'd suspect anyone in my circle of doing something like that, but generally rules ought to preclude opportunities for this kind of collusion. I could also see it leading to some pretty frayed tempers depending on who was in the game.

Would it keep the game going briskly enough if the Captain alone had to pay a point when his clock expires?
