What should the PR difference be?

Yes, it is indeed very tough to make correct adjustments when the opponent's PR is somewhat close to your own. There are small adjustments which I think are still clear like Ray mentioned such as slotting the opening rolls or splitting with an opening [64] that can be made, but overall it will be fairly standard play. Yes, we can still pass holding games and races a shade earlier, esp. if they're recubes, or by the same token, we can wait to double things we know to be marginal doubles assuming we're 100% the opponent knows to take.
What I dislike is when someone comes along and says something like Ray did because I've went through the matches and consider myself to be on the forefront of adjusting according to opponent. If you make such a statement about a player as people have done in the past about Ray himself, when I go through your matches I should be able to see spots where I would understand this error or that error could have been made for reason X or Y because of the PR difference in players. Well guess what, I've went through the matches and that's not the case. It's your standard donkey errors being made. I've yet to be impressed with anyone's OtB PR difference adjustments.
