A standard race formula based on pip count would give you around 72% GWC, and from there on you have to memorize the gammonless Doubling points at 3A 2A (~65% for a D/T ~74% for a D/P). Alternatively you can memorize values from the METable and do complicated calculation otb. But without memorizing anything just forget it.
