I would use EPC here. I would guess blue has a wastage of about 7 and white has a wastage of about 9 here making an adjusted pip count of 76 - 83. The point of last take in EPC is +10%(round up) + 1 = 85 pips point of last take. The take point at this score for the opponent is 25%. So that is the same as a money game, with the difference that the taker has no re-cube equity. So I don't know how the formula would be adjusted for that factor in the take/pass decision.
