At 0% gwc you're at -1 eq.
At 100% gwc you're at +1 eq.
2/100 = .02 eq per 1% gwc

On double decision your after-double eq is, well, doubled, so 1% is .04 eq there.

That's for money.
Here AtS the eq is obviously deformed a bit.
