It being 3a 2a we know the 2a player's take point is about 26%.

Using the Keith Count we get 78 to 75 which for money would be a RD/T with a pip to spare on the take portion.

Given that most racing redoubles start around the 74% mark and go up I would have thought this borderline on the T/P decision OtB AtS and made my decision based on my opponent more than anything else.
