In Response To: Question about match strategy for Grandmasters (Stick)

Suppose someone designates an entire weekend tournament as a submission including 5 point blitz matches. It is not known in advance if the 25% or less criterion will be true. Could this lead to a cherry picking possibility? Someone analyzes the games from the first blitz they entered and see they suck so enters more blitzes to make the % of 5 pointers to be more than 25 thus invalidating the 5 point matches from the submission.
