Probably Bar/24 3/1 to avoid giving White a direct escape route, and hope to roll a 6 next. It is not entirely clear, because remaking the prime is difficult, while after 8/6, remaking the prime is much easier and you can knock White of the edge of the prime. It would be interesting to see what (if any) impact changing the position of the spare on the 5 has.
