In Response To: Another ruling situation and questions (Mike Clapsadle)

Bravo, Mike! Really one correct and fair decision. Tapping and another signs are NOTHING to do with the rules as long as you have not made the action. And this ACTION you have to make BEFORE you hit your clock. Please, don't save your 2 seconds time in such cases. Otherway you have no right to talk about and call TD.
