In Response To: Full Baffle Box Rules (Phil Simborg)

The USBGF (default) rule whereby either player can require cups with the box is good for the player agreeing to use the BB, and therefore encourages use of it. If that player doesn't like using cups as well then, with the generally prevailing BB Option applied, he could simply change his mind about using the box! Conversely, he just might feel a little more secure if the need for cups with the box is not dispensed with.
