In Response To: New Baffle Box Rule Idea (Albert Steg)

If a die can emerge from such a hole in the BB then is the following satisfied:

"The baffle box must be properly constructed."

This is in both the USBGF Ruling Guide and the EUBGF Rules.

Like you say, it still sounds like it would be random, and I imagine would count under Phil and Kit's rule change suggestion, but not otherwise. (It's also, perhaps, another reason why it's best to have Cup Preference with BB's; only if both players agree can they be dispensed with.)
