May I add a third option?

3) your question.
I can see a couple unsettling things that happen often at poker that don't happen (except possibly rarely in case b) at BG:
a) because the cards are hidden, you project what kind of hand opp has only to find out later it's way worse. This is particularly annoying when they stay (call/raise) in a hand getting poor odds and then sucks out anyway.
b) in the all-in case, you just sit there at the mercy of the cards with ZERO chance to make a decision for the remainder of the hand, no matter how trivial or complicated. Worst is that as each common card appears, your winning chances can swing wildly, potentially setting you up for the emotional kill (e.g. opp hits two outer on the river).
At BG, the most frustrating time for me is when I'm on the bar and have ZERO chance to do anything (minor exception -- owning a live cube) until opp opens his board. Just give me some kind, any kind of decision to consider.
