Merit Open in November has to be high on the list.

I am prejudiced, but I will be running a A$5000 event in Melbourne, Australia end of January, and we are going to award half the prize money to first place. We have about 40 pre-registered. You will see a more detailed posting here, as there will be all kinds of side events and of course, the Aussie Millions poker and the Australian Open are happening at the same time, and you can stay for a SuperBowl party.

We are also looking at some larger, interesting side pools, including one that excludes Giants (past and present top 32) so that it is a more level playing field for the side pools...and of course the Giants will have their own side pool and there will be lots of chouette action.

I am also working on a couple of other very exciting high roller events and venues we hope to announce soon.
