Out-of-print backgammon books

Just because an out-of-print (or out-of-production) item is scarce enough that it commands a high price for those who want to get one doesn't mean there's enough demand out there to make a new printing profitable. I don't know what the minimum run is for decently-printed books is, but no one wants to have 1000 or even 500 copies of a book taking up space when they're down to selling only a couple dozen a year, if that?

That's my guess anyhow!
