In Response To: vote "+" is ahead (Mike Clapsadle)

Sounds like a sensible way to cut through it, Mike, but I was looking specifically for an opinion on whether PLUS (+) means (a) good/positive (or a good/positive adjustment) and therefore up/ahead/leading, or if it means (b) the higher count (or raising the count) and therefore down/behind/trailing. I don't see where you explicitly addressed that.

Discussion of plus or minus might not arise in the language of a chouette, but it is very relevant when one is making adjustments and performing mathematical operations in the goal of obtaining a relative count.

Do you have an opinion on that?
