In Response To: Secondary opinion (Nack Ballard)

So I originally said that when we say "Up 3" that it means we are 3 pips ahead in the race. But saying "Plus 3" makes me think that we're down in the race. You probably would not hear many people in conversation refer to a pip count as being plus or minus vs. up or down, just in my experience. Also, if I was to see a backgammon problem stat that Player A was +3 pips, I would assume Player A was behind 3 pips in the race. So, I would like to change my vote to +3 is behind.
